How to cancel
You can cancel at any time in your account settings, or by contacting customer service. See below for contact information. You must cancel before the time specified in the renewal notice we send you to avoid the fees for the next billing period. For annual plans, you'll be refunded for any unused months. Automatic Renewal: Your membership access will begin when you click 'Place Order.' By clicking 'Place Order' you acknowledge and agree that your membership will automatically renew. Unless you cancel within 10 days, you will be charged the price above. Your membership automatically renews annually or monthly as selected, at the price then in effect and you authorize The Taunton Press, Inc. to charge the card you provided until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by calling 1-800-943-0253 or clicking here or accessing your online account. You must cancel your membership at least 31 days in advance before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing period. Refunds for annual memberships are based on unused months. For monthly memberships, no new charges will be posted after cancellation.
